*IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are ordering any items that feature any customization options you will have to submit a separate CUSTOM ORDER FORM for each item that has a customization option as well as completing the standard checkout through the website. Please be as detailed as possible when competing the custom order form.

*IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE ACCURATE CUSTOMIZATION DETAILS ON THE CUSTOM ORDER FORM. CUSTOMIZATION INFORMATION WILL BE PRINTED/EMBROIDERED ONTO THE GARMENT EXACTLY AS IT IS SUBMITTED IN THE CUSTOM ORDER FORM. WHILE WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT AND ACCURATE THAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, ANY MISTAKE MADE IN THE CUSTOM ORDER FORM THAT GETS PRINTED/EMBROIDERED IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY AND ANY REPRINTS WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
